As a DJ, she has played with legends in both the hip-hop and dance music worlds, and currently holds residencies at House of Yes, SISTERS, and a number of other well-known venues in NYC, and is comfortable making any type of crowd come alive. She has shared billings with legends such as J.Rocc, Danny Krivit, Tony Humphries, Todd Terry, and has played the Brooklyn Electronic Music Festival, Full Moon Festival, and the Boston Museum of Fine Arts. Club and party appearances include Le Bain, Elsewhere, Nowadays, Kinfolk, Soul in the Horn, and The Rub.
In 2017, she traveled to Morocco for 3 weeks as a US Cultural Ambassador with the Next Level USA program, collaborating with local hip-hop artists to teach DJing, using hip-hop culture as a vehicle for cultural exchange.
In addition to DJing, Zephyr is committed to the world of social justice and education primarily in the field of youth development. She currently leads music workshops at a juvenile detention facility in Brooklyn, New York via Carnegie Hall’s Future Music Project. Read more here.
